Suite located on the second floor on the terrace with double bed, bathroom with bath tadelakt, Private WC, air conditioning (hot / cold). Following can accommodate 2 or 4 people with a tariff increase of 15 € / night for 3rd and 4th person in a second room. Sebba next room and private terrace
Suite tessa

Suite located ground floor with matrimonial bed, bathroom tadelakt bathtub, WC Private, air conditioning (hot / cold). The suite can accommodate 2 or 4 people with a price increase of 15 € / night for the 3rd and 4th person in a second room.
"Jouje" Room
(1 extra bed)
The Jouj guest room situated on the first floor includes one matrimonial bed (possibility 2 single beds), a lounge area, and a private bathroom with bathtube. The Room is air conditioned (Cold/Heat). Room next to Wahed et Tléta.
"Tleta" Room
The Tléta guest room situated on the first floor proposes one large matrimonial bed, a salon area, and a private bathroom with shower . The Room is air conditioned (Cold/Heat) and can accommodate up to 2 people. Room next to Jouje and Arbaa.
"Rhemsa" Room
(1 extra bed)
The Khemsa guest room situated on the first floor has one large matrimonial bed (possibility 2 single beds), a lounge area, and a private bathroom with shower.The Room is air conditioned (Hot/Cold) and can accommodate up to 3 people with a suuplement of 15% for the third person. Room next to Arbaa et Setta. There will be an additional fee at 15 euros / night per person for the rollaway beds.
"Wahed" Suite
The Wahd Suite situated on the first floor is spacious and is furnished with one large matrimonial bed. Accommodations include a lounge area and a private bathroom with bathtube.The suite is air conditioned (Cold/Heat) and can accommodate up to 2 people. Splendid original ceiling (19th century) in painted cedar. Room next to Jouj.
"Arbaa" Suite
(1 extra bed)
The Arbaa Suite situated on the first floor is furnished with one large matrimonial bed (possibility 2 single beds) and a has a salon / sitting area and a private bathroom with shower. The suite is air conditioned (Cold/Heat) and can accommodate up to 3 people. There will be an additional fee at 15 euros/ night per person for the rollaway beds. Room next to Tléta and Khemsa.
“Sebaa” room
Spacious room located on the terrace with a matrimonial bed, a lounge, a bathroom in tadelakt with shower and toilets, A/C. 2 people maximum.
"Sétta" Suite

The Setta Suite situated on the first floor is very spacious and has one large matrimonial bed (possibility 2 single beds), a salon corner, and a private bathroom with bathtube. The suite is air conditioned (Cold/Heat) and can accommodate up to 3 people. Room next to Khemsa. There will be an additional fee at 15 euros / night per person for the rollaway beds.

| El hotel se encuentra dentro del mercado de especias. Su ubicacion es complicada y la primera impresion no es muy buena, pero en seguida te das cuenta que es muy seguro y puedes caminar a cualquier hora sin problema. Una vez dentro del riad descubres que es un oasis dentro de Marrakech. La atencion es excelente, Aziz (el encargado), es una persona muy simpatica, correcto y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. No solo incluye desayuno, sino que tambien tiene un tea time (tipico marroqui), todas las tardes. Altamente recomendable y de volver a Marrakech reservaria sin dudar en el riad Bayti !!!! | Let’s start with the less positive aspects and get them out of the way. The Riad Bayti is not cheap unless (as we did) you get a cheap deal. It’s hard to find – one minute away from Bab Mela square but tucked away in an alley. Sometimes, if you want something, you have to keep asking. Free tea and cakes seemed to be included, but never came our way. Perhaps we should have asked. That’s it. It’s beautiful in there. We had a rooftop room which we couldn’t fault in any way. Lovely en-suite shower room, comfortable bed, heating, very nicely done out. Little touches. Breakfast was very good. There is a splash pool, but it was January. The staff are lovely. Free wifi. We felt pampered. We stayed two nights, but decided to find this place in advance of our stay. Smart move. They made us feel very welcome and showed us round. | ||
